Thanks for giving help: I need one for loading up an avater. Although the size of the picture seems to be right, it doesn´t work...

Whenever I want to change my avatar, I find that it can often take up to 24 hours before my new avatar is displayed. Other than that, I can't think of any other reason why it wouldn't work...
